Delete Account / Удаление аккаунта
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly in the Neighbor app:
- Open the app and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Edit Profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the action
On the web: go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
Как удалить аккаунт
Вы можете удалить аккаунт прямо в приложении Neighbor:
- Откройте приложение и войдите в аккаунт
- Перейдите в Профиль
- Нажмите Редактировать профиль
- Прокрутите вниз и нажмите Удалить аккаунт
- Подтвердите действие
На сайте: перейдите в Профиль, прокрутите вниз и нажмите Удалить аккаунт.
What data is deleted / Какие данные удаляются
- Profile information (name, photo, description)
- Services and categories
- Reviews left by and about you
- Saved favorites
- Chat history
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Удаление происходит немедленно и необратимо.
No access to the app? / Нет доступа к приложению?
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to: getneighbor.app@gmail.com
